Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct and content that are not permitted when you access or use QuizGPT, including our AI flashcard and quiz generation features. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

Because QuizGPT uses artificial intelligence to turn your input into study material, we take special care to prevent misuse. By using the service you agree to follow this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use QuizGPT.

Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not use QuizGPT to create, upload, process, or distribute any of the following:

• Illegal activity: Content or instructions that facilitate or promote criminal activity, or that violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Hate and harassment: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups, or that harasses, bullies, or threatens others.
• Sexual content: Pornographic material, sexual content involving minors, or any form of sexual exploitation.
• Malware and harmful code: Viruses, malware, exploit code, phishing content, or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems or networks.
• Fraud and deception: Financial fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, or content intended to mislead others for gain.
• Privacy violations: Processing or exposing other people's personal or confidential information without lawful authorization.
• Bypassing safeguards: Attempting to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent the safety controls, filters, or usage limits of QuizGPT or of the underlying AI models.

System Abuse and Fair Use

In addition to prohibited content, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to QuizGPT, our infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Automate requests or resell generated output in a way that circumvents the usage limits described in our Terms of Service.
• Interfere with, overload, or degrade the availability or integrity of the service.
• Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying models or systems.

Enforcement

We may review content and usage where we have reason to believe this policy has been violated. Depending on the severity and context, we may:

• Remove or refuse to generate content that violates this policy.
• Warn you, or temporarily suspend your access.
• Terminate your account and subscription where a violation is serious or repeated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of QuizGPT after the change means you accept the updated policy.
